Lab
Characterization of pre-existing parts
Transformation and measurement of the expression of parts previously found in the iGEM registry were carried out by Kaleb Ramon (lead), Connor Arens, Rhianna Hayes, Ruby Lovasz, and Tatym Plath.

Characterization of Universal Primers for Golden Gate assembly carried out by Aryaan Misra with assistance in primer design and sequencing results by Dr. Devin Camenares.

Characterization and colony growth efficiency measurement for the optimization of the use of the pSB1C3 in V. natriegens carried out by Madison Hibbs with assistance from Dr. Devin Camenares.

Project-specific biobricks
Assembly of the RFP output with the inverter biobrick was carried out by Connor Arens and Kaleb Ramon with gel electrophoresis following colony PCR for sequence confirmation being done by Ruby Lovasz.

Dry lab
Work to retrieve sequences for codon harmonization was done by Pedro Granja Berrios.


Members of the Wet Lab team include Kaleb Ramon (lead), Connor Arens, Elizabeth Elliot-Redlin, Rhianna Hayes, Madison Hibbs, Ruby Lovasz, and Aryaan Misra. The wet lab team was advised by Dr. Devin Camenares.
Human Practices
Outreach events with Farewell Elementary School, at Greenspire Middle School, and at Alma High School were largely organized by Human Practices lead Abbey Killian. Presentations at those events were led by her alongside Kaleb Ramon, Madison Hibbs, Aryaan Misra, and alumnus David Viguilla.

Abbey Killian and Dr. Devin Camenares hosted a digital iGEM informational session through Alma College Admissions to prospective students.


Members of the Human Practices team include Abbey Killian (lead), Elizabeth Elliot-Redlin, Rhianna Hayes, Paige Lameroux, Isabel Oakley, Tatym Plath, and Kelsey Taylor. Human Practices was advised by Dr. Lauren Woolbright and Sarah Walker.
Expert Advice
Team members met for expert advice with Dr. Amanda Harwood and Dr. Murray Borrello.

Another meeting was with EPA officials Thomas Alcamo, Diane Russell, and Theo von Wallmenich, attended by Dr. Devin Camenares.
Modeling
Modeling was researched by Gavin Swiecicki and Pedro Granja Berrios, advised by Dr. Devin Camenares.
Podcast
The podcast was hosted by Abbey Killian and Aryaan Misra; interviewees on the podcast were members from the UChicago iGEM team, Dr. Amanda Harwood, Dr. Devin Camenares, and Dr. Victor Argueta.

Podcast editing was done by Kelsey Taylor (lead), Paul Fischer, Paige Lameroux, Aryaan Misra, and Aishwarya Singh.

Music for the promo was found by Kaissidy Homolka: "The Bone Train" by Slynk.
Music used for the intro was found by Aryaan Misra: "Happy Dreams" by David Fesliyan.
