Lab Work

Bethan and Matthew added elution buffer to the DNA we had ordered from IDT to make a solution, then froze it. They plated the following cultures: 2 x B. sub, 2 x E. coli and 2 x controls. The cultures were incubated overnight in the shaking incubator.
