Team Collaborations
From today until the 9th of July we had an email exchange with the UCL iGEM team; we informed them we had decided not to work on compostable plastic (so we couldn't collaborate on the plastic degradation aspect of their project) but we discussed the possibility of collaborating on modelling or science communication instead. We arranged a meeting with them on the 14th of July.
Hydrogels and Modelling
Using the CO2 diffusion constant he had previously calculated, Velizar began writing models for two cases of the viscosity of the hydrogel - one where the viscosity was linearly changing and the other where it was randomised.
