We had a meeting with all the supervisors and most members of the team (a few people couldn't make it). The meeting was arranged by our supervisor John who informed us that he had sent our video to multiple university staff including the Pro Vice Chancellor for Education, the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Education, the College Dean, the Inclusion and Internationalisation Dean and the university press office among others and gotten an overwhelmingly positive response. John also mentioned that the university was planning to include our video on their Coronavirus help pages as an example of what students can achieve over lockdown.
Science Communication and Outreach
Alex Morrison, who works in the University of Exeter press office, offered to help us with science communication after John sent him our project video. Matthew emailed him asking whether he would be happy to have a Zoom call with us to discuss this.
