The range of our part numbers is BBa_K3352000 to BBa_K3352999. Our parts collection includes the new part SplintR Ligase Sequence and the improved part Φ29 DNA Polymerase Sequence. We used the sequence of these two enzymes chosen for our Rolling Circle Amplification diagnostic test by flanking them with different promoters, RBSs, terminators, and even UTR regions to maximize protein synthesis. To purify and use these synthesized proteins, we attached a 6x histidine tag in all our open reading frames through a GS linker. Together, this parts collection gives us a complete system to run our RCA reactions.
