We continued to update wiki pages.

Lab Work

Mark sent us an image of the E. coli colonies which we had transformed with promoter 15 (part BBa_K3371001 on the Registry and the gene for MeffCP pink chromoprotein. The colonies were pink meaning the promoter was functioning successfully!
