Huang Nan is the team leader of Peking IGEM 2020. He made an effort in settling the project's roadmap. He contributed to both wet-lab and dry-lab work and human practices. He is also the main film cutter of promotion video and presentation video
Gao Kai provided codes for wiki, HP, ink-bamboo and most music related algorithm. He also took part in the first term of wet-lab.
Zhuang Ruoxuan was mainly responsible for DNA visualization. She developed the coding rules for visualization and provided a lot of interesting pictures for our project. As one of the main principals of Human Practice, she planned and participated in offline exhibition activities, which expanded the influence of our team. In addition, she also participated in the wiki web page design work, determined the color scheme and the design draft.
Wu Yuxuan participated in human practice in Shenzhen, and he also contributed part of the wiki content. He wrote the preliminary code of the wiki.
Li Zhuoran was responsible for the design and optimization of our codon tables and fitness function. Also he gave a lecture in co-educating program.
Chen Xuelong is mainly involved in DNA visualization and filling the content of wiki.
Cao Ze mainly took part in wet lab experiment, including plasmid design and construction and other testing trials.
Yu Anqi put much effort in wet-lab experiments, including organizing the screening of base-editing enzymes, designing plasmids and constructing them. She was also in charge of the biology exhibition in Shenzhen, and the cooperative project with CAFA. Moreover, she took care of the financial affairs.
Wang Letong participated in the construction of the first generation coding system, was mainly responsible for the art design of the project, and participated in the communication among the teams.
Pan Meijie first investigated the appropriate mutant enzyme in the enzyme research group, and found the mutation rule and prediction website of cas9 on the network, which is convenient for drug design. After that, she took charge of the human practice part. First of all, she participated in an exchange meeting in Asia and explained the project in English. Then she designed the corresponding products. In addition, she also prepared the topics, contents and basic materials of online science popularization. Finally, she helped to coordinate the whole process in the exhibition in Shenzhen.
Chen YiLiang mainly took part in HP activities and participated in wet-lab experiments.
Zhao Long mainly offered the backup of musical theories, took part in the realization of our codons in silico, and administered the Official Account.
Wang Shangkun took part in experimental design, literature search, plasmid construction and base editing.
