Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we were not able to actively work in our laboratory so most of these protocols were not used. However, most of the protocols were acquired from previous iGEM teams over the last years who developed them carefully. Therefore, we trust in their experience and we are sure that these would definitely work.
