As the first Peruvian undergraduate team to compete in iGEM, it was an honor to win the GOLD MEDAL! Apart from being a recognition of the effort put into the project, we believe that we have set a great precedent for future Peruvian iGEM teams. It would have been impossible without the support of all our colleagues, friends, teachers, farmers and other selfless people who supported us along the way. ¡Viva Crioprot! ¡Viva el Perú!
