Parts

Our team spent considerable time designing BioBricks to meet the project goals. We chose the specific promoters and terminators for production in Pseudoalteromonas. Likewise, we chose AFPs of plant and insect origin. Thus, we generated 15 basic parts and 11 composite parts. Check them out here!

Composite Parts

Our team designed 11 composite parts with the aim to express three different AFPs (LpAFP, LpIRI3 and TmAFP) in E. coli and Pseudoalteromonas nigrifaciens.
