iGEM competition is one of the greatest international competitions; however, iGEM is not just a competition where the project is simply submitted and presented in front of judges, it is way beyond this. iGEMers get to learn a lot of things just by participating in this competition not just learning how to work as a team under stress but also changing the worst scenarios to be in their sides. And when the deadlines are mentioned, here comes the hardest part of iGEM, whether the wiki, videos or any other task. Competing with other researches also encourages iGEMers to give more and think better outside the box. Each team tries to come up with a new idea and focuses mainly on presenting unique content. This experience allows iGEMers to gain self-confidence and learn how to do researches successfully.
