He also played a crucial role in developing our model and software tool in collaboration with the Team from the TU Darmstadt.
  • Thorben

Thorben is a member of the cloning group and helped to create the concept for our sensor. Therefore, he also conducted the first experiments. Furthermore, he developed the first 2D simulation paths together with David and Timm and took over the physics and programming of the 3D simulation. This resulted in the cooperation with the TU Darmstadt.
  • Lisan

Lisan is a member of our public relations team and therefore reported about our weekly progress report of the laboratory work. She was also responsible for the flashmob collaboration and participated in the acquisition of the Promega account, where she took the pictures and wrote the texts. As a critical thinker, Jan contributed to our project early on by questioning our sensor concept and contributing forward-looking comments. As an important member of the software and measurement team, he brought experience from his studies and work at the institute. He is responsible for the design and realization of the microfluidic chamber. In an effort to continually improve our experimental setup, he designed and printed several designs using 3D printing.
  • Timm

Timm is the main creator of our website and our wiki wizard. In the project he helped to develop the simulations and the measuring chamber. Timm was also involved in the cooperation with the iGEM Team Darmstadt and a HTML wiki workshop with the iGEM Team Bielefeld.
