Preparation of growth medium (PDF)

In this protocol, we describe how the growth medium of HeLa cells is prepared.

This protocol explains how we sub-cultivated / passaged the HeLa cells.

Counting of HeLa cells (PDF)

To use defined cell numbers in the experiments, it is important to count the cells before seeding during subcultivation. This is described in this protocol.
