This year we won’t do any wet lab. However, for next year we are going to work in Koç University Structural Biology Center Laboratory which is a BSL2 lab. All of our team members have BSL2 trainings and we are working with Baker’s yeast and e.coli BL21 strain which consist of minimal risk. We work under the supervision of Dr. Hasan Demirci, who is experienced in working with these organisms.
