Proof of Concept
Our combined experiments resulted in successful protein expression. This in combination with positive sequencing results proves that we can genetically modify E. coli BL21 (DE3) to successfully produce our desired gene products. For a more detailed explanation of our results, please see Results.

Unfortunately, partly due to time constraints, we were unable to test enough aspects of the project to claim that the separate parts of the design works in combination to create a greater value than the parts combined, but this result taken with the literature collected in Human Practices suggests that we have a result good enough to proceed into doing bioassays.
