As of October 27th 2020, 43,857,818 cases have been reported for this highly infectious disease. Therefore, we have developed a brand new approach to capturing and detecting the notorious Covid-19.
Why "Off the Crown"?
The "crown" symbolizes the novel coronavirus that has wreaked havoc in 2020. It is a symbol of the virus in biological terms and a symbol of its dominance in societal terms. By naming our project, "Off the Crown", we reveal our ambition to overthrow the virus using biotechnological methods, to save millions of lives, to show that by going through these extreme circumstances, we humans become ever more united and ever more clever. We know we are weak on our own, but here at the Giant Jamboree. We unite, and together with the world, we make a true difference.
