Special Thanks
Our projects start from a course from Dept. of Automation, Tsinghua University(Interdisciplinary Research and Practice in Dept.of Automation-A,2019-2020). This is a one-year course which starts from basic knowledge in bioinformatics and ends with a complete project. The project is merged from around 10 smaller projects, and the merging process lasts for around 4 months. Therefore, all the classmates in this course have contributed to this project by providing ideas or codes. Our team member want to say thank you to all our classmates who are not in Team:Tsinghua-A here, without whom our project would never be realized.
