Contribution

Obviously, each iGEM team will make contribution to the future iGEM team. Due to the influence of COVID-19, We don't have enough time in lab. So we explored a lot of model methods this year. In this special year, we decided to contribute to the future team in terms of the model, not just the part registry.

We added the background of TA system and its classification. The detailed information about the mechanism of CbtA’ s toxicity has also been replenished by our team.

Our team added the information about the physicochemical property as well as conditions of use of the enzyme.

Our team added the information about the physicochemical property as well as conditions of use of the enzyme.

We combined QS model, cell growth model and co-culture model to make a specific model for our project, which can be used as a reference for future teams to combine multiple models to better fit their designs.

We continue the Human practices of last year, and cooperate with BIT team to issue the questionnaire. We draw some conclusions from this questionnaire.
