When designing our constructs, we used a promoter, ribosome binding site (RBS) and a terminator from the
parts registry. These are presented in Table 1. Furthermore, the promoter used was also characterized in
regards of its relative expression (see Contribution) compared to two other promoters from the parts
registry.

We also registered all our his-tagged genes with the promoter, RBS and terminator presented in Table 1,
flanked with the iGEM Biobrick prefix and suffix, as basic parts in the parts registry. These
translational units and the links to them can be found in Table 2.
