▪ Clearly state what the team accomplished:Our team has developed new applications from biosynthesis, which transforms short-chain carbon chain into long-chain organic matter through microbial transformation. At present, most of the other people's research can only stay in the conversion of carbon dioxide to acetaldehyde and acetic acid, and the added value of the products is low. After our construction, lycopene with 40 carbon can be formed under the catalysis of electrochemistry and biological enzyme. This provides effective help for the IGEM team to convert short-chain carbon into long bond electrochemistry by using microorganisms as catalysts. At the same time, we have done mathematical modeling, which is used for microbial growth and long-chain organic matter. The synthesis of compounds has a good correlation, which also provides some useful help for the team behind.

▪ General Support:The school teachers popularized the knowledge of biochemistry for us, and our parents also supported our competition very much, allowing us to spend late self-study time to learn to do IGEM projects.

▪ Fundraising help and advice:1. Lishiots was interested in our project, and at the same time, they patronized us $500 used for purchasing our apparatus. 2.This company offered us a part of experimental equipment and reagent. 3.Pin Rong Group provided us with $1000 for the competition funds.

▪ Lab support:We have conducted in-depth cooperation with Zhejiang University's laboratories, first discussing the subject, then training on how to do experiments, and some modeling ideas.

▪ Difficult technique support:The E. coli DH5α competence used for cloning in the experiment (purchased from Kinco Beijing) The Ralstonia C5 used in the experiment came from (the research group of Teacher Bi Changhao, Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences) Lycopene synthesis gene CrtE CrtB and CrtI were cloned from Erwinia uredovora. The plasmid vector pBBR1CMS2 was gifted by Mr. Bi Changhao. The primers used are shown in Table 2.1, synthesized by Kinco (Beijing) or Shenggong (Shanghai). DNA polymerase Phanta reagent was purchased from Novartis (Nanjing), and restriction enzymes BamH Ⅰ and Xho Ⅰ were purchased from NEB (Beijing).

▪ Project advisor support:We completed the Research on the Direction of Biosynthesis in the laboratory led by Dr. JiaChang Lian. Jia Chong Lian, researcher, he and his team biosynthesis studies center is newest, Zhejiang university, the main research field is synthetic biology and metabolic engineering: use the method of metabolic engineering and protein engineering build efficient cell factories, and developing new synthetic biology tools (i.e. for CRISPR genome editing tools) used in heterogeneous synthetic ways and host cell metabolism regulation network of fast and efficient optimization and renovation.

▪ Wiki support:Our team members taught themselves how to make a wiki on the IGEM website and completed the wiki.

▪ Presentation coaching:The guidance of the school teacher and two graduate students from the Zhejiang University laboratory helped us revise the speech. Human Practices support:no

▪ Thanks and acknowledgments for all other people involved in helping make a successful iGEM team:I am very grateful to Dr. JiaChang Lian, Li Zhongjian, Pan Haojie, Wu Haoliang, Lishiots, YIDAN, Pin Rong Group, school teachers, and the parents of the team members for their support
