Experimental results： lycopene production. As described above, the system is constructed to realize C5/pBBR1-crtEBI growth in a biological inorganic coupling system. The variation curve of OD and lycopene concentration in the five-day system is shown in the following figure. The yield of lycopene increases with the increase of days, and the changing trend is almost consistent with the increase of OD. Results analysis： This experiment uses C5/pBBR1-crtEBI to realize lycopene synthesis for the first time in a microbial synthesis system, which is the longest carbon chain product reported in the MES system.
