The core of our project is to construct a recombinant strain of Starmerella bombicola to produce the sophorolipid step by step and loop by loop. But biosynthesis based on synthetic biology has very high requirements for the basic parts. The chassis microorganism of our project is Starmerella bombicola, which is a chassis microorganism that can naturally produce sophorolipid but is extremely lacking in basic components. Therefore, we obtained 14 Starmerella bombicola endogenous promoters with different gradients through blast, software prediction, and experimental measurement, which not only enriched the basic parts of Starmerella bombicola, but also engaged in more synthesis in the future. It is convenient for researchers who want to use this Starmerella bombicola as a chassis microorganism in synthetic biology.
