Basic Parts
Our basic parts are BBa_K36210001-BBa_K36210008. Although this year we did not get to characterize our parts experimentally, we designed our parts to be compatible with multiple BioBrick standards. We are excited to bring the first development of PERSIST endoribonucleases to the iGEM registry.
