Hello! I'm haoyan from NFLS. I built my interest in biology when I took the elective course about cell enginering in grade 10. I discovered how mysterious and how useful this subject is. Then, I decided to join iGEM in which I learnt a lot of biological techniques and other comprehensive skills. I feel so lucky to meet many excellent students all over the world and make friends with them.
Hi this is Aijia Wang, an eleventh-grade student from Nanjing Foreign Language School. I developed an interest in genetics at a young age and have accumulated some experience in lab. As one of the team leaders, I hope to help our team with my knowledge of bio- science. In spare time, I love doing sports like fencing and archery. Hopefully our team can enjoy the process of working together in iGEM and achieve satisfactory results!
Hi, this is Xue Yu from dp2, NFLS IB program. My favorite music is vaporwave and britpop. I always show great passion towards Biology and ecology-environmental studies. Besides natural science, I love to have some thinking on abstract philosophical problems. Although I always show a serious appearance to others and prefer to keep a social distance, everyone who knows me well thinks I am warm-hearted, humorous and generous.
Hello, everyone. I am Li Haoru, from Class 7, Grade one, Nanjing Foreign Language School. I like biology very much, and have taken the biology Competition course as an elective course in the school. I hope to further improve my theoretical knowledge and experimental level of biology through this competition, accumulate teamwork ODE experience, and have a deeper understanding of the wonderful biological world. I participated in this year's CTB as a team member whose duty was in charge of editing the team manuscript. Our team entered the global finals. Personally, I like to study hard and challenge new problems with my classmates. I have a strong sense of responsibility.
I’m Chris Bi, a tenth-grade in Nanjing Foreign Languages School. I often went to the laboratory with my mum when I was little, and gained a rich interest in bio-science and related experiments. Gradually I learnt something about bio-engineering and have made a design helping diabetic patients controlling their diets. I am also trying to make some progress in Biology Olympics. Hope our team can have an extraordinary experimental experience and obtain some really useful results in the lab! I am fond of viewing and making some movie mash-ups in my leisure time, and is trying hard to become an uploader.
Hello, I am Hu Xinran. I have been in love with Biology since junior high school. I took Biology as an elective course, and participated in several biological competitions. I an interested in human practice, and I am looking forward to all kinds of activities in iGEM. I hope to enjoy studying synthetic biology with my excellent teammates.
Hello, I am Liu Enze from Class3, Grade 11, Nanjing Foreign Language School. I have great interest in both computer science and genetic engineering. During my leisure time, I would write some novels based on my ideas. When I was a Senior 1 student, I got to know IGEM via an optional course in the school. Then I decided to join the IGEM team in our school because I want to know more about the genetic engineering.
Hello everyone. I’m Li Yule from Class 5, Grade 11, Nanjing Foreign Language School. During my leisure time, l like singing, playing the piano and playing with cats. I happened to know iGEM during my first year of high school, in an optional course about biology. I was extremely exited when I heard that there were experiments to be done, but still failed to make it to last year’s competition. I’m honored to participate in iGEM2020 this year, and I hope to learn more knowledge and improve myself.
