This year we stumbled across a leak in the nlmC launcher (BBa_K1510002) in the hope of contributing to future IGEM teams.
SILVER
1. Engineering Success
The SZPT-CHINA team was lucky enough to be back in the lab this year and have verified that the system for detecting and preventing caries is working successfully and designing the corresponding products.
2. Collaborations
This year, in order to break through the barrier of acbiology, we held a friend team meetup with the HZAU-China team, which was attended by more than xx people. In this year's competition, the HZAU-China team, the SZU-China team and the NWU-CHINA team have given us a lot of guidance. We also conducted two synthetic biology lectures with two teams, each facing college students. We hope that more people will be interested in synthetic biology. 3. Human Practices
Because of this year's special reasons, we cannot hold too many promotional activities. Under the premise of safety at a later stage, we can play a role in the promotion of synthetic biology by communicating separately with business leaders so that schools that resume classes can broadcast our biology videos and our work is socially responsible for a better world. 4. Proposed Implementation
We conducted systematic testing of the detection and prevention part of the project and found that it did work in real life. At the same time, we also carried out the relevant device design for the two systems, and achieved some results.
GOLD
1. Integrated Human Practices
This year we're focusing more on the project's connection to the real world, from the initial project design and improvement we've all had an exchange and discussion with relevant experts. We want to be able to make a more practical product, so in the design of the product, and how to implement we have consulted the relevant equipment companies, to our demo put forward a lot of valuable advice. At the same time, we have also conducted many online exchanges and lectures, visited many enterprises. Please see the wonderful interaction at our public engagement page.
2. Improvement of an Existing Part
We have improved existing part: BBa_K1835501, to a new part: BBa_K3487013. We succeeded in seriesing TP-1.
3. Project Modeling
In order to verify that CSP in the detection system can successfully make fluorescent protein expression we have established the relevant model, through the experimental fitting data model. Please check our model page.
4. Proof of concept
Through experiments, we verify that the detection and prevention system works. On the basis of ensuring that there is no biological escape and safety, we carried out the initial demo functional testing and found that the system was able to work. You can learn more in our Proof of concept.

6.Science Communication
As a result of the outbreak, we actively communicate with experts online, and we have held a series of lectures to promote synthetic biology to interest more people. You can learn more in our Science Communication.
7.Excellence in Another Area
