Mingxuan Chi
ROLE
Besides being in charge of everything, he was the designer of ssDNA reporter and RPA efficiency test. He produced high-quality crRNA by in vitro synthesis.
As the team leader, he is on top of everything. He always has a lot of ways to keep the team motivated. He is the best side back at school soccer team. BTW, he's still single~~

Yijing Cai
ROLE
She is good at protein extraction and purification. She mainly dealt with Cas12a and the characterization of Cas12a.
Yijing is a crazy fan of synthetic biology. She can handle any problems happened in experiments. She is proud of her protein extraction skill and she will never say yes to an unsatifying results.

Zehua Yin
ROLE
He mainly carried the improvement of Cas12a, including introducing point mutations and designing experiment to test the effect. He also participated in making videos.
He loves delicious food. Playing with his mobile phone is always his first choice at the time he waiting for experiment results. And he is such a multi-talented student that can amazingly be involved in all the areas in our team.

Mengning Luo

She mainly carried the improvement of Cas12a, including introducing point mutations and designing experiment to test the effect. She also helped find experts in Human Practices.
This girl carried out the improvement of Cas12a. She likes doing experiments along with her music.

Zhiyu Fang
ROLE
As the only member majoring in bioinformatics, he used various software tools to calculate the protospacers for Cas12a to recognize. He also participated in modelling and RPA testing.
He majors in bioinformatics. And he is also skilled in dealing with E.coli. He figured out the most suitable crRNA sequences by his broken laptop. He is "The One" who can link the modelling group with the wet lab group.

Qinyi Chu
ROLE
She participated in constructing plasmids. She was also responsible for our collaboration with NJU-China.
She is a qiuiet girl. But inside her is great passion in biology.

Ruijie Xiang
ROLE
He constructed most of the plasmids and he was the designer of our aptamer-sensing module. He also participated in Cas12a characterization by western-blotting.
He is an experiment machine. Only keeping learning new things can fulfill his academic appetite. For him, there never seems to be enough experiments.

Yujie Wen
ROLE
He did a great job in making our promotion video and presentation video as a very amateur editor. As the Giant Jamboree was unexpectedly changed to online form, he stood up and bravely took the responsibilities of making videos. He also participated in RPA testing and education.
He started from scratch and quickly became a good experimenter. But he loves his cameras more than pipettors. He is the chief video editor of our team.

ROLE
Majoring in computer science, he is better in deal with codes than any others in the team. With the career plan of studying deep learning, he also participated in constructing our neuronal network model.
This handsome guy majors in computer science. You never know what magic he can make by his codes!

She leaded all of our Human practices activities. and she also participated in constructing our wiki pages.
She is good at communicating with others. She participated in almost all the Human Practices activities. We hope we can have such a HP specialist in every year's team.

She participated in the improvement of Cas12a and she also played important roles in our Human Practices activities.
She is the main contacer of our integrated human practices with doctors in hospitals. She is also a poker fan, maybe we can play for a while on line.

She is a good writter. She produced our description page and edited it for over ten times. She is definitely an expert of antibiotic resistance now.

He loves the atmosphere of iGEM, a group of remarkable people working together for the same goal that is worth fighting. Wouldn't it be nice if the world ran the same way?

He provided tutoring about experiments especially on Cas12a purification and validation system. He provided advices on presentation, wiki and helped expanding the potential of our device.
