  • Shuyin Wu, is responsible for the design of disulfide bonds and the design of hydrophobic interactions.

  • Yanjiao Lu, determines the parameter conditions and methods for hydrogen bond construction by reading the literature.

  • Guosheng Gao,reads the literature to study hydrogen bonding, proline substitution, aromatic interactions and try to modify.

  • Xinyi Zhang, is responsible for the design of hydrogen bond modification based on homologous enzyme comparison by reading literature.

  • Yuhan Li, looks for suitable mutation sites based on homologous enzyme alignment and b-factor screening by reading the literature.

  • Yuan Wang, is responsible for the desigen of proline substitution based on b-factor screening by reading the literature.

  • Xujia Liu, is responsible for the reconstruction of hydrophobic interaction based on hydrophobic interaction analysis and structural analysis by reading literature.

  • Yufei Zhou, researches aromatic interactions by reading literature.

  • He Zhang, is responsible for the rational design of disulfide bonds by reading literature.

  • Tao Fu & Duo Zhang , is responsible for design of salt bridge based on structural analysis and homologous enzyme sequence comparison by reading literature.

  • Dewu Liu, made an attempt to improve the thermal stability of PETase in terms of pocket modification.

  • Haoyang Shi & Dewu Liu, studied and mastered the use and principle of FoldX, and helped other experimental group students learn to use FoldX.

  • Haoyang Shi, is responsible for the decision-making of FoldX machine screening strategy and the analysis of data results.

  • Dewu Liu, learned and installed Rosetta, and studied Rosetta principles.

  • Haoyang Shi,Liu Dewu,He Zhang,Yuan Wang, performed a large number of mutation combinations.



Docking

  • Kegeng Chen, is responsible for the docking of prototype PETase and mutants with small plastic molecules.

  • Tao Fu , is responsible for docking the tetramer with wild-type PETase.



Molecular Dynamics Simulation

  • Yansong Bai and Yanjiao Lu, studied and mastered the use methods and principles of MD and made great contributions to the smooth progress of the project.

  • Yansong Bai , is mainly responsible for molecular dynamics simulation and the establishment of mathematical models for data processing and prediction.

  • Yufei Zhou, is responsible for the overall planning of the entire HP project.

  • Yufei Zhou, Caroline Wang, Shuying Wu, Yuhan Li, Guosheng Gao , conducted a series of HP, including contact with enterprises, factories, government and other teams.

  • Yufei Zhou and Yuhan Li , are also responsible for HP's online promotion.

  • Fanghui Wang, is responsible for the design of team posters, logos, web pages and derivatives.

  • Haoran Zhou , is mainly involved in the production of wiki pages, including project, modeling, and human practise related pages.
