Design
The primary aim of our project is to establish a dual fluorescent reporter gene screening platform for GR anti-type 2 diabetes lead compounds.
To complete this goal, we construct two plasmids, namely plasmid pCI-GR and plasmid pGL3-GRE-Luc . The profile of these two plasmids are listed as follows:

pGL3-GRE-Luc
The plasmid pCI-GR, pGL3-GRE-Luc and pRL-SV40 were transfected to cell HEK293T.
The lead compounds to be tested were added into the transfected cell HEK293T.
If the added lead compound enhances the florescence of the cell HEK293T, it will indicate a negative result, and if the lead compound weaken the florescence of the cell HEK293T, it indicates a positive result.
