Inclusion

Team members of HK_CPU-WFN-WYY are senior secondary students come from three secondary schools. Maybe not everyone comprehends iGEM and knows a lot about synthetic biology at the beginning, however, we believe that iGEM is an excellent platform for us to learn through practicing. Our members put a lot of effort to touch on the work, even they are inexperienced in many areas. Jobs and research are assigned to all members after online discussion. We then hold meetings every weekend to follow up teammates’ job commodiously and to give comments and advices. We advocate members to pick up their own job by their personal preference. This arouse teammates' curiosity and unleash their potential in their field of interest. During the period, some of us grasped programming technique, film editing skills and the ability of artistic design. All members have trained to use Benchling to practise plasmid design, no matter what gender and academic standard they are at. We hope everyone can gain knowledge and skills through exploration and enter into the spints of life-long learning heartfeltly.
