Overview
We are presenting the tools PRISM (Protein RNA Interaction Sequence Modeling), 3DOC (3D domain concatenation), CoNcoRDe (Compositional Nested Conditional RNA Design) and RISE (iGEM Registry intelligent search engine). Our software suite is an important part of our toolbox targeting Protein-RNA and RNA-RNA interactions. When creating the toolbox we were driven by the goal to create valuable tools, which are beneficial for other scientists.

PRISM is a Language Model, which generates novel RNA-binding proteins, which can be targeted on their specific application in the lab. These novel RNA-binding proteins differ significantly from previously known RNA-binding proteins. 3DOC enables scientists to generate 3D-models of concatenated modular protein domains or fusion protein parts. Modelling Protein-complexes with the help of 3DOC gives scientists the possibility to check for steric hinders and do more research with the 3d structure. CoNCoRDe is a package including scripts for classical RNA design as well as a reinforcement-learning environment for RNA design. RISE is an intelligent search engine, which enables scientists all over the world to search and filter the iGEM registry, so the usage of Biobricks is simplified for millions of researchers worldwide.
