Results
Introduction
We couldn't get into our lab this year. What we did can be divided into two sections. First, we modeled and predicted behaviors of systems in our final product. Second, we designed our future experiments.

The table above is the sequences we designed. We added 3-4 nucleotides to the original C sequence that are complementary to a region with in itself so that it would bind to itself and form a loop.
We modeled 4 things and got results of them. (1) Heat transfer and distribution (2) the behavior of the system according to temperature (3) the behavior of the system according to time (4) visibility
