ATTRIBUTIONS
Team
The team consists of students from different grades of bachelor’s degree, armed with varied but complementary expertise. The team was formed in February 2020, and the topic was brainstormed over the next two months.Through full investigation and interviews with experts and professors, the project was continuously improved, and the project conception was finally determined in July.

| Mingrun Shi | Mingrun Shi learned cell proliferation assay from our advisors, two graduate students in Prof. Xi Chen’s lab. He was also responsible for the cell culture and experimental operations. |
| Yujie Li | She was responsible for the overall planning and planning of HP, participated in all PARTS of HP, completed interviews with many professors, and sorted out the final results. |
| Hao Sun | Together with Mingrun Shi, he was responsible for the implementation of the cell experiment to verify that our plasmids can be expressed normally in cells.At the same time, he actively participated in HP's work and discussed the improvement of the project with a number of doctors. |
| Huilian Luo | Huilian Luo was a master of Western blot, and all his experiments proved that the protein was normally expressed in HEK293T cells. At the same time, she took an active part in HP, discussed biosecurity issues with professors of philosophy department and discussed industrialization issues with GenScript. |
| Chenyu Tao | He was responsible for the separation and detection of exosomes, and detected the concentration and particle size of exosomes in the experiment. At the same time, he actively collected relevant contents in the early stage and made contributions to our final project design. |
| Shurui Mao | In the experiment, she worked with Western Blot to verify the correct expression of KIBRA in cells.At the same time, she took an active part in Science Communication and was responsible for the adaptation and redrawing of cartoons. |
| Xiaohan Song | He was responsible for the implementation of RT-QPCR, successfully verified the correct expression of target mRNA in HEK293T cells, and participated in the work of HP, completing the discussion and docking with the professor. |
| Yingfan Liu | In the team, she was responsible for Western Blot experiments, which successfully verified the correct expression of nSMase2 in cells. At the same time, she took an active part in Science Communication and made a great contribution to our comic series. |
| Mingkai Wu | He designed the team spirit poster for us and won the Best Poster Prize from CCiC. At the same time, he was responsible for designing many illustrations and posters, and the final poster was also designed by him. |
| Xiyao Li | She is the artist of our team and responsible for the graphic design of the wiki page. And designed the cartoon image for each student, she is a very good painter. |
| Zeping Qu | In the Modeling part, he designed and completed the pharmacokinetic model of doxycycline in vivo, which laid the foundation for the design and implementation of the project next year. At the same time, I participated in HP content and sorted out the interview contents with the professor. |
| Yanyan Guo | She was responsible for modeling exosome transport and uptake, making an important contribution to the estimation of our future exosome delivery system.At the same time, I was responsible for HP and Science Communication, communicating with professors and connecting with teams from other schools. |
| Disheng Qiao | He made great efforts to save NJU-China and was responsible for the construction and design of the wiki. Responsible for editing and processing of promotion video and CCiC Video. Great sharing in the production of the final presentation video. |
| Kai Mei | Together with Disheng Qiao, he was responsible for the construction of the wiki and contributed greatly to the design and conception of the wiki. Meanwhile, he was responsible for editing the video together with Qiao to contribute to the success of the project. |

It has been a long way for NJU-China from organizing the team to writing this. Because of COVID-19, this team should not have existed, but it was Professor Chen Xi and Gao Zhanyu who helped make it happen. It's been 239 days since we started forming our team at the end of February.
