February 29th to April 5th
Read about the worldwide pandemic of COVID-19, and read about the difficulty of getting treatment for cancer patients. It is hoped that an effective treatment can be developed to treat cancer. After brainstorming and literature investigation, the initial design of the project was determined.
April 5th to June 1st
Divide the project design into several different parts, design and complete each parts and order plasmids. After that, I designed experimental operations, thought about the experiments to be completed, and communicated with other teams to complete the final design.
June 1st to July 15th
Plasmid extraction and sequencing were completed. Confirm that all parts sequences are correct, and try to transfer some plasmids into HEK293T cells to verify whether the function is correct.
July 15th to September 18th
Verify that siRNA can be expressed correctly and that each element functions normally and effectively at the protein level.
September 18th to October 8th
Verify the effect of promoting exosome release elements on the efficiency of exosomes. And the previous experimental results were collated and plotted.
October 8th to October 25th
Prepare the contents of the wiki page and complete the presentation video.
