Attributions
Thanks to our soul figure, Weizhao Chen, we can run our team smoothly. He not only gave us suggestions on various parts of the competition but also helped us make a contract with somebody we what. More importantly, we cannot finish our project without the sponsor he found. Meanwhile, we also thank the key person, Professor Ying Xu, of our project for giving us a lot of professional advice and supports. Additionally, we thank Shanshan Xu, our instructor, for telling us many valuable experiences on doing different kinds of experiments.
Weizhao Chen
Dr. Chen is our Primary PI, also the leader of the brainstorm and sponsor. He organizes students to brainstorm and spare no effort to support the team. He is the sole figure of SZU-China, who is an extremely affable and approachable person and loves football games.
Ying Xu
Secondary PI. As the key person of our project, she gave us a lot of professional advice.
Xiaoli Long
One of the leaders of the team. Responsible for the whole team management. Mainly responsible for the design of our poster, video and Wiki. Also take charge of the human practice.
Xinyu Li
One of the leaders of the team. Responsible for the whole team management. Mainly participate in experimental operation and data analysis, team wiki editing, human practice and collaboration.
Wenxi Li
One of the leaders of the team. Responsible for the whole team management. Wenxi is mainly responsible for the design of project experiment and part characterization. She also participates in human practice. Moreover, she contribute to the team building through her helpful heart and easygoing character.
Lingling Liao
Responsible for team building, the outlay of the whole team management, lab works, parts characterization and submission, team wiki editing, and dealing with many additional works.
Yan Huang
Mainly responsible for project proposal, experimental design, feasibility demonstration and laboratory work. And also participate in human practice
Jielin Li
Mainly responsible for project proposal, experimental design, feasibility demonstration and laboratory work. And also participate in human practice and education.
Zirui Ou
The member of experiment, a correspondent of the team,responsible for lab works, collaboration with other teams, and many additional works.Also participate in human practice and presentation.
Shuqi Xu
Brainstorm with team members for innovative project. Shemainly devoted in wet lab and design of biobricks. She also participated in part of the video making jobs.
Zening Xiao
Mainly responsible for designing the human pratice and photography assignment for the team. He participated in team wiki editing, and also collaboration with other teams.
Xinyu Liu
HP is the main part of his jobs, and he also help other members to do some simple experiments.
Ying Xu
In the team, she is mainly responsible for modeling and project presentation. She will actively use modeling to better promote the experiment.
Jiaqi Huang
The only member of hardware structure. Mainly responsible for the hardware design of the team.
Shanshan Xu
Shanshan is our instructor, who has given us many help on experiment. He is gentle and open-minded.
Mingyue Luo
Mingyue is our advisor who has participated in 2018 iGEM and has a bunch of experience on how to solve problems during the experiment. He assists us a lot and spares no efforts to help us.
Yiming Chen
Yiming Chen is our advisor on human practices and filmmaking. As an experienced cinematographer, he directed and shot our project promotion video.
Zijian Li
Zijian is our advisor on the Wiki design, who has offered us valuable experience on how to create the Wiki. He is conscientious, patient and responsible.
Rongsong Ling
Rongsongprovided technical support for team members in mathematical modeling.He also participated in the human practice.
Jiantao Mai
Jiantao is our advisor on the experiment, who is also an iGEMer in 2019. He is skillfulon basic molecular experiment and offers us helpful opinions during the experiment.
Jiaqi Tang
Jiaqiis an undergraduate student from Shenzhen University who majors in biotechnology. He has extensive experience in designing processes and Human Practices designing, who has provided us many suggestions.

Experiment Module
In order to finish our experiment, most iGEMers have taken on heavy responsibilities. From screening the specific and essential gene of β-D-Glucosidase to testing the efficiency of cellulase, Yan Huang, Zirui, Wenxi, Jielin, Xinyu Li, Xinyu Liu and Shuqi have devoted their time and effort. Wenxi, Yan Huang, and Zirui found the gene of β-D-Glucosidase and cellulase. Wenxi, Yan Huang, and Zirui designed most of the experiments. Yan Huang, Xinyu Liu, Jielin and Xinyu Li participated in the experiment of the β-D-Glucosidase. Also, Yan Huang, Zirui and Xinyu Li were responsible for the experiment of the cellulase. They all made great contributions to the project!
Human Practice Module
In order to build a platform for iGEMers to communicate with each other, Zening, Xiaoli, Zirui and other team members organized the 4th Southern China Regional Meeting together. Besides, Xinyu and Jielin were responsible for our two brochures. In our activities, Zening did most of the photography. Here, we sincerely thank Xiaoli, Zening, Zirui, Wenxi, Jielin, Xinyu Li and all the other members. Without them, human practice, as well as the collaborations, could not be carried out so successfully.
Modeling
In order to improve the affinity between β-glucosidase and geniposide, Xu Ying performed molecular docking and virtual amino acid mutation on it, providing a new design scheme for the experiment. To predict the efficiency of our product，Xu Ying constructed many mathematical models and analyzed some experimental data with the statistic model to give us a scientific result. At the same time, her model can also be well applied in industrial large-scale production.
Wiki
This year, Xiaoli and Wenxi built and designed the wiki. They were the main forces in creating the team wiki and have spent a lot of time to discuss with us and build the wiki. All members participated in wiki editing.
