Hardware
In order to better connect the two parts of our design and make it more convenient for use, we designed a machine. With the machine, all you need to do is place your trousers onto the trousers clamp and it can help in transferring, dyeing, fraying and washing at last.
To start with, an internally integrated sensor detects concentration of Gardenia Blue and temperature, and automatically adds dyes or heats if they are not met the threshold, guaranteeing for the follow-up dyeing to be carried out smoothly.
After dyeing for the set time, users can order the machine to transfer the trousers to the fraying platform, where using sprayers of cellulase to replace the pollutive stone-washing in most factories. When these are all done, the machine will help the users to wash and dry the jeans and now you get a new pair of jeans!

Preparation
Place the trousers onto the trousers clamp.

Rotation and uplift
Lift the trousers clamp to the horizontal through the electric push rod (air cylinder).

Shift
With the rotation of the driving wheel, the platform moves along the track.

Dyeing
The trousers clamp is sunk into the cylinder for dyeing through the driven wheel.(The time of dyeing depends on users.)

Dry your trousers before the subsequent operation.

Fraying (the back of trousers)
After dyeing,the trousers was transferred to a two-dimensional spraying platform,where the recombinant cellulase was sprayed onto the specific position of the trousers replacing the stone-washing in most factories.(The extent of the damage depends on users.)

#Working Principle of Trousers Clamp Through a series of drives, the outer brace is braced and the trousers are tightened from the inside of the trousers so that the trousers are fixed and flat.

#The power provided by the motor is transmitted to the screw through the gear transmission, and the main pushrod is controlled to be linearly pushed through the screw and the optical axis to control the outer support and adduction of the spreading rod.

#By dividing the front and rear wheel sub-tracks of the main mobile platform to change the direction back and forth, the main mobile platform can be kept horizontal.
#The main mobile platform uses the two tracks above(Figure 11). It could have only used one track, but considering the mobile platform needs to be kept horizontal, a single track is not enough, so the front and rear wheels need to be allocated to the two tracks. The third track is designed to guide the lifting track in a specific position in order to put the pants clamp down into the dyed tank.

#The position of spray head is precisely determined by XY two-axis servo motor, synchronous belt pulley and slide rail package. There is a rotating motor at the spray head which controls the direction of the spray head so that it can be sprayed up or down to abrase both sides of the trousers.
