1.visits to bakeries, interviews and communication with bakers:
Annika Shi went to 4 bakeries in Beijing, and learned about bread fermentation, yeast and frozen dough industry.
She also taught the bakers about knowledge related to yeast and helped some bakers to translate baking books.

1.Kevin Yan went to the lab off campus most frequently.

Kevin Yan was mainly in charge of uploading the texts we wrote, pictures and illustrations.
