Being a student leader of FAFU-CHINA 2020, I am in charge of project, experiment, model,
HP and lots of stuff related to Giant Jamboree. This year would be my last year to
participate in IGEM as the student leader. It has been a challenging year due to
COVID-19. Gratifyingly, our team members overcame many problems such as not being able
to go back to school for experiments, delays in getting funding for the project and
finally accomplished this year's project. Hope we can get an ideal fruit.

I am a student leader of FAFU-CHINA 2020. This is my first year in iGEM. This year is a
special year ,We have encountered many difficulties in funding, team building and
experimentation. Fortunately, everyone is united and working hard, and our team has
successfully overcome various difficulties.Our team has three student leaders,my main
responsibility is the design of the subject and experiment.Meanwhile, I take charge
about academic writing for content of wiki and poster.Through iGEM competition, we
improved our literature reading ability and experiment design ability.I hope our team
can achieve good results in the 2020 igem competition.

a host of like-minded people.I hope our team can achieve good results in the 2020 IGEM

This year is the first time I have come to IGEM. Although facing the severe test of the
global epidemic, I still have deeper learning and understanding of synthetic biology
through IGEM. I am mainly responsible for the dry experiment part: modelling of complex
enzyme homologous proteins, physical and chemical analysis of enzyme biological activity
functions, and scientific data drawing. Through participating in IGEM and various
exchange meetings, I have made friends with the same interests and worked together on
the road of IGEM. Finally, I hope I can achieve good results in 2020 IGEM.
Yuying Xu

. I'm studying in Fujian agriculture and Forestry University. This is my first year in
iGEM. I have learned a lot from this competition. I can only read Chinese literature at
the beginning, and now I can understand English literature gradually. This competition
encountered an epidemic situation, which led to our experiment started very late. I hope
we can achieve good results in the iGEM competition in 2020.

I am a member of FAFU-CHINA's 2020 modeling group. This is my first time to participate
in iGEM. I am nervous and fulfilling. Through this competition, I have met many
like-minded friends. When it comes to organically combining the knowledge I have learned
in this major with other professional fields, I have further improved myself. Knowing
that the experimental group's data and other selected research programs are closely
related to the modeling group, they complement each other and can improve each other. I
hope Better results can be achieved in iGEM 2020.

I am a member of FAFU-CHINA 2020's modeling team. This is my first year in iGEM. During
this intense and fulfilling year, I learned a lot about synthetic biology and
mathematical modeling. I am mainly responsible for modeling design based on the
experimental data given by the experimental group. Through the iGEM competition, I met
many like-minded friends, became very interested in synthetic biology, and decided to do
further research in the field of synthetic biology. I hope I can participate in iGEM
2021 and achieve better results.
Yanfang Que

During this intense and fulfilling year, I learned a lot about biological reaction
engineering and experimental modeling. I am mainly responsible for docking with the
entire team, selecting modeling methods by analyzing the data obtained from the
experiment, assigning tasks to the members responsible for the modeling part, and also
participating in the establishment of the model, designing the model algorithm and
analyzing the results of the model, etc. . By participating in the iGEM competition, I
met many like-minded friends, developed a strong interest in bioreaction engineering,
and decided to do further research in the field of bioreaction engineering. I hope I can
participate in iGEM 2021 and achieve better results.

I participated in the iGEM teaching in Beijing and contributed to its promotion. I also
participated inthe iGEM conference in East China and wrote a brief introduction to
related aspects.I actively participated in offline practical activities, looking
forfactories and related areas related to the subject, and then conducted research and
interviews on them. I actively consulted the relevant experts and professors about the
doubts related to the subject.I also actively cooperate with the team to cooperate with
