Thanks to Professor Xie Huiqi in the State Key Laboratory of Biotherapy, she is an expert in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, and is the general tutor of our project. Thanks to Dr. Tong Xiang from West China Hospital. He is a student of Professor Fan Hong and an experienced doctor of pulmonary fibrosis. He explained the background of the disease and the current status of treatment in detail from the perspective of a doctor.

Thanks to Professor Wan Huajing in West China Hospital, she is experienced in the construction of lung organoids. She provided us with new ideas for drug evaluation and proposed laboratory cooperation to construct lung organoids based on PU-SIS material.

Thanks to Professor Ouyang Liang in the State Key Laboratory of Biotherapy, he analyzed the pros and cons of common disease backgrounds of fibrosis, which inspired us a lot and prompted us to finally choose IPF as the disease background of drug design.

Thanks to Professor Ding Bisen in the State Key Laboratory of Biotherapy, he put forward valuable suggestions for our drug design, that is, fusing probes in protein drug to improve drug targeting.
