BioBricks are the fundamental building blocks for iGEM projects. When constructing our BioBricks, we made use of the synthetic genes with the technical support from Sangon to generate our required parts in a fast and efficient way. All of the parts contain a coding sequence, consisting of different functional domains. We created a part collection comprised of 7 basic parts and 4 improved composite parts. All parts were generated during our project.
