In the past seven months, we have received strong support from many stakeholders, including lecturers, professors, sponsors and experts. This page is dedicated to thank all the supporters who made our project possible.

Our team members

Team leader

Wang Bin ，Mo Nan, Mo Nanand Wang Bin were our team leaders. They coordinated the whole team to push the project forward. Meanwhile, Mo Nan was responsible for the guidance of human practices and the design of our brochure. Wang Bin was responsible for overall project guidance.

Data-integration Group

MingKang Liu and HaoRan Dong are mainly responsible for constructing database, CPD3DS. They integrated 5 databases to expand information of domain and Remove redundancy from the data. They have collected information of domain including interactions, functions,references, making CPD3DS an enormous, comprehensive and intuitive data source of domain.

model group

Bin Wang and ZhaoChang Yang are mainly responsible for domain structure feature extract. They use algorithm based on 3dzd and K-means to build models to Extract structure features. They created a database which provides results of domain structure clustering. According to the clustering result, the different characteristic information(Functional tendency, bonding tendency, etc.) of each class are provided for different request and users can choose based on their own needs.

Human practice

Yao Mei and Nan Mo are mainly responsible for human practice which helps us to think critically, allowing us to fully consider the problems that may arise in all aspects of the project. From the beginning, our project is accompanied by the activities of human practice.We listen to the views of stakeholders from different perspectives through exchanges, interviews and visits, and establish interdisciplinary exchanges and cooperation to continuously improve our project.

Art designer (artist)

JingQi Han and Dan Qiao were in charge of posters and PPTs for the 2020 Southwestern Exchange Conference and CCiC, including the design of website page and illustrations of wiki and posters.

Protein Brick development

MingKang Liu and Bin Wang designed our board game----Protein Brick. Bin Wang completed the art design of the game. And MinKang Liu developed the Protein Brick. They were fully in charge of creating this game.

CloudBase

Tao Zhou and ZhuoChao Min classified the information in the database and presented the needed data on the website.Fan Gao completed the production of Wiki pages

Wang Beibei

She is PI. She guided us to determine themes and design projects and supervised us and put forward many useful suggestions for the main body of the project. In addition, she helped us improve the design process of Wiki. http://dragon.biopurdue.edu/visgrid_suppl/.

Our mentor

Quan Ling

Her guidance on how to successfully build a harmonious team is very meaningful. She taught us how to become united and full of energy.
