THINKING ABOUT PEOPLE'S SAFETY

For safety aspects, since our project is based on the cell-free system, no live organisms or possibly toxic proteins will be produced. However, in real-world application, problems may exist unexpectedly. Take the temperature parameter as an example, cell-free reagents are usually stored at -80℃, while such storage conditions may be difficult to achieve in rural areas. Meanwhile, the environment temperature may also cause a difference in shelf-life. As a result, the diversity of the environments in which the tests will be conducted should be considered in advance and appropriate adjustments should be made to ensure the accuracy and sensitivity.
