Project Design-
The initial idea of doing a project on dissolving PAN in the locust came from the team member *Jerry Wu who had won the debate within the Team of the potential topic for this iGEM project. Some team members also came up with some great ideas, but Jerry's is more practical and achieveable.

-We had held an online zoom meeting for educational purposes.
Academician Interview
-An academician that recently published an article talks about a chemical that has been recently discovered that could aggregate locusts together.
Questionnaire
-Sending out questionnaires on the street, used to investigate the understanding of Synthetic Biology of those sidewalkers.
CCIC Video production
-CCIC is a traditional conference that Chinese iGEM teams usually participate in. In order to attend the meeting, each team needs to submit a video that introduces their project in a interesting and efficient way.

Model-
The model used by TPR_Chian simulate the possible scene of locusts distribution that could appear after placing our strains in a certain area. This model predicts the how many locusts are under control by usaging of our engineering strains. It will help us to determine the amount of strains we should place and how many locusts we could gather at the same time.
We have also constructed the model that describes how our sensor works by listing the expression possibility in form of ode. This model gives us an insight about the sensor effect or expression

Art Design-
Students in the Art group had always helped through the process. Whenever we need them, they will support us. The art team had contributed to the Human Practice part, Video, and Wiki construction. They will usually provide us beautifully drawn pictures, and guide us through the design part for the wiki and etc.
Wiki Construction-
WIKI construction is mainly be managed by a three people's team. They basically did everything that is needed for the wiki. Negotiate with the teammates and the Art group for an ideal coloring of the wiki, collecting contents from the teammates, the arrangement of the content, and most importantly , the coding part.
Video-
The promotion video is a chance for us to demonstrate our iGEM project. We had separated the video into four parts mainly-film taking, video editing, and content preparation.
