Parts Overview
We aim to synthesize an anti-acne product--a combination of P.acnes killing antimicrobial peptides, adhesive/cohesive proteins--that forms a thin film when applied to the human skin. We submitted 52 parts in total, 41 of which are basic and 11 composite. Among these parts, we have introduced a series of new AMPs parts, as well as our favorite part BBa_K3598042--a new cationic dye inducible system. Moreover, there is also the RBS library we constructed in the production of tyrosinase. Some of our parts are obtained from biosynthesis corporations while designing and producing others in our laboratory. Our part table can be find in this page.
