Predator Pro

A Modularized Toolbox for Signal-controlled Targeted Protein Degradation

Here we present 'Predator Pro', a targeted protein degradation system controlled by exogenous signals such as small molecules. As a follow-up work of our iGEM 2018-2019 projects, 'Predator Pro' provides direct and precise control of target protein degradation in a timely and dose-dependent manner. We believed our work further expands the synthetic biology toolbox and helps researchers to better manipulate cellular protein abundance effectively and precisely.
