UESTC-Software

In iGEM wiki communication group, we were very glad to meet the UESTC software team. We had a long-term cooperation with them from September 20th to Wiki Freeze. And we had many exchanges on Wiki code writing and solved many problems with each other. In addition, we also experienced UESTC software's CPD3DS and gave some suggestions.

XHD-ShanDong-China

We've had long-term cooperation with them. On the project design, we assisted them to screen the upstream regulatory gene and found two components related to their project. As to the experimental techniques, we shared our experience on λRed gene-editing technology, provided the plasmids pKD13 and pKD46 to them, as well as shared the experimental instrument.

Worldshaper-Wuhan

We had a virtual meeting with Worldshaper-Wuhan to share each other's project in the first contact. After learning about their weakness in modeling, we decided to use our experience to help them improve their project. Throughout the season, we gave a lot of suggestions on their models and guided them to optimize it.

XHD-Wuhan-China

We helped them to contact Professor Tian Bing from the school of life sciences of Zhejiang University to promote their project implementation.

We established a partnership with SZPT-CHINA. Throughout the season, we helped each other and facilitated the formation and success of each team's project.

Conference of China iGEMer Community (CCiC)

We have attended the virtual Conference of China iGEMer Community, which gathered tons of iGEM teams from all parts of China. The participants included students, professors and some experts from various disciplines. During the conference, we presented our project and displayed our poster. We also received lots of suggestions, including giving practical biological significance to the different switches presupposed in our project and reducing the content of the poster.

We have found communication and discussion would greatly promote a project, so SZPT-CHINA and us hosted a meetup together. During the preparation, we invited all the teams we had communicated with before. It was only by participating in iGEM that we had the opportunity to gather together. Therefore, we cherished the friends of each team we made through the iGEM competition and named the exchange meeting as Friend Team Meetup.
