Dry Lab Impulse - Webinar Series
After iGEM Academia & Research Committee
Are you an iGEMer facing challenges working on the Dry Lab aspects of your iGEM project this season? Or a researcher who is interested in learning about modeling or designing a software? The After iGEM Academia & Research Committee will be hosting a Webinar Series to support iGEMers in strengthening Dry Lab components of their projects. iGEM teams who have been nominated for or awarded prizes like Best Software Tool and Best Model will give a brief Tutorial on their work and walk us through its development, technical aspects and applicability. The episodes will be 45 minutes long and recordings will be available on this page.
Every Thursday at 12PM EDT (From August 6 to September 24)
- Team Calgary 2019 - iGAM Software for evaluating protein modifications
- Team TecCEM 2018 - BioBrick Builder Software
- Team IISER Kolkata 2019 - Modeling the dynamics of the process of phagocytosis
- Team ULaval 2019 - Designing Toehold Riboswitches
- Team Lambert GA 2019 - LABYRINTH: A detection system for diagnosis of helminthiasis
- Team Sydney Australia 2019 - Codonator 3000: A web-based tool for generation of codon harmonised sequences
- Team GO Paris-Saclay 2019 - Model for DNA-less cell fate
