Certificates, Prizes, and Awards
Congratulations on finishing a challenging but amazing year of iGEM! All approved team members on active teams can receive participation certificates. See below for instructions.
Certificates
Instructions to obtain electronic certificates and medals for individuals:
- sign into your iGEM.org user account
- go to your User Information page
- download your participation certificate (and award/nomination certificate, if applicable)
- if the team was awarded a medal, that medal will appear on the participation certificate
(backup plan) Instructions to obtain paper certificates and medals for entire team:
- go to your team information page
- confirm the team's shipping address by December 1
- receive certificates and medals in the mail for the entire team (approximately 1-2 weeks depending on location)
Prizes and Awards
If your team won a prize or award, you will receive a trophy in the mail! Instructions to obtain a trophy if your team won a prize or award:
- go to your team information page
- confirm the team's shipping address by December 1
- receive trophy in the mail (approximately 1-2 weeks depending on location)
